Product Quality & Compliance Coordinator (Project-based)

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Product Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support quality assurance processes, product compliance requirements, and product lifecycle management. The role ensures the accuracy of Electronic Samples, Top of Production Samples, testing records, and regulatory documentation while coordinating with vendors, cross-functional teams, and partners in China to maintain quality and compliance standards.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage quality assurance requirements and ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
• Ensure Electronic Samples, Top of Production Samples, Test Reports, and In-line Inspection Reports are received and follow up when necessary.
• Verify the accuracy of Electronic Samples and Top of Production Samples.
• Create Product Specifications and regulatory documentation, including Declaration of Conformity, MSDS, and other required declarations.
• Support Packaging BOM audits and related documentation reviews.
• Assist Program Associates and team leads with customer presentation requirements.
• Run business reports and provide analysis to support operational and business decisions.
• Review, understand, and communicate vendor business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers, Quality Assurance teams, Product Managers, Logistics, and Merchandise Sourcing teams to resolve quality assurance issues.
• Process item information entries within customer portals and monitor product lifecycle stages.
• Communicate effectively with partners in China regarding quality, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Perform special projects, tasks, and assignments as required.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year course.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating Product Specifications, Declaration of Conformity, MSDS, and related compliance documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including coordination with partners in China.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to respond professionally to sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through professionalism, neatness, and punctuality.
