Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Quality Associate to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate, categorize, and validate large-scale multimodal datasets according to strict project guidelines.
• Analyze AI-generated text and media to verify alignment with human intent and factual truth.
• Spot edge cases and provide detailed feedback to improve the underlying logic of AI taxonomies.
• Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• High-level critical analysis skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced textual and visual data.
• Previous work in UI/UX review, editorial analysis, quality control, or machine learning data prep is a plus.
• Impeccable command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.
• Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
