What they need
- Receiving maintenance complaints from tenants (RAK) and watchmen
- Conducting on-site inspections and site visits as required
- Raising reported issues with maintenance team and contractors, along with coordinating the required works
- Preparing Claim IDs for maintenance-related works
- Submitting maintenance status updates and monthly reports
- Monitoring watchmen-related performance and training progress
Requirements
- UAE driving license
- Arabic, English language preference
- Technical knowledge about facilities management
- Customer relation work
- System, mail and Microsoft office knowledge
Notes: Contract Duration: 3 months
Visa: Candidate must have their own visa
Working Arrangement: On-site + office
Working Hours: 8 working hours + 1-hour break
