Product Quality Engineer

**Job Description:**Manage the handling of non-conformities (R0H and FM) and conduct root cause analyses using 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa methodologies.
Define, deploy, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous process improvement.
Ensure the processing and follow-up of customer returns in accordance with established quality processes.
Serve as the quality interface with customers regarding complaints and the management of quality incidents.
Contribute to technical expertise in R0H and FM.
**Job Requirements:**Education: Master's degree (Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field).
Prior experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D).
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Motivation to learn and evolve in a demanding environment oriented towards continuous improvement.
