[ Client Description] 該外商產品團隊專注於電腦周邊產品（Peripherals）的產品規劃、使用者體驗優化與生態系發展，涵蓋鍵盤、滑鼠、視訊會議設備、Docking Station 及其他周邊解決方案。團隊與產品管理、工程、設計及市場團隊緊密合作，透過市場洞察、使用者需求分析及產品創新，打造完整且具競爭力的產品生態系，以提升整體使用體驗與客戶滿意度。

我們正在尋找一位兼具技術背景與專案管理能力的人才，負責建立並推動內部產品測試計畫，透過真實使用者的回饋，協助產品團隊提前發現問題、優化使用體驗，並提升產品上市品質。

在這個角色中，您將成為使用者與產品開發團隊之間的重要橋樑，將實際使用過程中的體驗、痛點與建議，轉化為可執行的改善方案，並與產品、軟體、韌體、硬體及品質團隊合作，持續提升產品成熟度與整體使用者體驗。

[ Responsibilities]

• Lead and manage internal product testing programs across key development milestones
• Recruit participants, define testing scenarios, and coordinate testing activities
• Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, usage observations, and issue reports
• Evaluate end-to-end user experiences, including unboxing, setup, installation, daily usage, updates, and troubleshooting
• Translate user feedback into actionable recommendations and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive improvements
• Track issue resolution and validate the effectiveness of implemented fixes
• Ensure product readiness before executive reviews and internal testing by verifying software, firmware, configurations, and overall system functionality
• Develop metrics and processes to continuously improve testing effectiveness, product quality, and user satisfaction

[ Candidate Profile]

• Technical background in hardware, firmware, software development, systems integration, validation, or related fields
• Experience in product development, technical program management, quality engineering, product validation, or user experience programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate user needs and feedback into clear product requirements and improvement actions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Dogfood, Beta Testing, Early Access, or internal product evaluation programs
• Experience with consumer electronics, PCs, connected devices, mobile applications, or integrated hardware/software products
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, product analytics, or customer experience programs
• Experience managing teams or leading global cross-functional initiatives
