Product Research & Process Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Research & Process Analyst to bridge the gap between Gradding’s internal teams and the Development team. The role involves understanding business requirements, researching products and competitors, identifying improvement opportunities, and converting them into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams.
• Analyze existing products, websites, and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, new features, and automation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare BRDs, PRDs, process flows, feature documents, and requirement documents.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for the Development team.
• Coordinate with Development throughout implementation and conduct UAT.
• Research and recommend new features, technologies, and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation of products, processes, and changes.

The candidate should continuously research Gradding’s products and market, identify areas for improvement or automation, document requirements clearly, and ensure successful implementation with the Development team.

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, technology, and automation.
• Experience in Product Management or Business Analysis is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
