Product Responsible engineer （Electronic）

该职位来源于猎聘 LEAN focus on provide best product solution to our customers. Consciously maintenance and monitoring on existing products give LINAK a better chance to meet our customers` needs. Once a product has been developed and released to production, product responsible engineer will take over all kinds of tasks related with the product. Main duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with LINAK family factory to solve electronic product related problems including PCBA.
• Responsible for existing product engineering change
• Approve new materials through PPAP process
• New products BOM creation, timely and precisely
• Work with R&D to finish new electronic projects design, participate in DFMEA, DFM, DFT
• Work together with production department to solve product related problems
• Work together with quality department to solve product quality issue, participate in 8D report
• Work together with sales team when customer needs help
• Work together with sourcing department on supplier management, such as quotation, on time delivery, etc..
• Make test plan and set up test for approving new component according to LINAK standards
• Planning random tests for product according to LINAK standards, ensure the product maintain good quality
• Supplier technology support when needed
• Start some 6 sigma projects if applicable
• Report and document all engineer work

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.S. in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience in product development or production.
• Familiarity with product certification processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Collaborative team player with well-developed organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to work.
• Creative mindset and a willingness to assist others. The position is reported to Product Engineering Manager.
