What You'll Do

As Service Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day service and delivery operations of the store, including:

Deliveries & Pickups

• Load delivery trucks properly and safely to protect merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise to customers while providing professional, courteous customer service.
• Work with the Collections Manager to schedule and complete merchandise pickups.
• Ensure returned merchandise is properly refurbished and meets Bolin Rental Purchase standards.
• Maintain the company's 48-hour refurbishing expectation.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspection checklists.
• Make customer service calls and perform minor repairs on rental merchandise.
• Properly log and tag merchandise requiring service and coordinate merchandise moving in and out of service centers.

Customer Service

• Schedule and follow up on customer service issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Help ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience from delivery through the life of their rental.
• Communicate any problems or concerns to management promptly.

Showroom & Inventory

• Work with the Sales Manager to keep the showroom properly stocked and looking its best as merchandise leaves the showroom for delivery.
• Complete weekly Service and Loaner inventory reconciliation.
• Assist the General Manager with weekly category inventory reconciliation.

Leadership & Accountability

• Maintain a daily activity planner and stay on schedule.
• Communicate operational issues to management.
• Assist the General Manager with hiring and training Product Service Technicians.
• Train, delegate, and follow up with employees to ensure responsibilities are completed properly.
• Help maintain Bolin Rental Purchase policies, procedures, and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, train, delegate, and follow up with employees.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Dependable and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Willingness to work hands-on with deliveries, pickups, merchandise, and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
