Indian Digital Payment Intelligence Corporation (IDPIC) is a Section 8 company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. It is promoted by the State Bank of India (SBI) and Bank of Baroda, along with other banks/payment companies, and functions under the regulatory approval and oversight of the Department of Financial Services and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). IDPIC has been established as the nation’s central digital payment fraud intelligence platform. Its primary mandate is to detect, prevent, and analyse fraud in India’s rapidly expanding digital payments ecosystem in real time. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Big Data Analytics, IDPIC plays a pivotal role in strengthening the security and trustworthiness of India’s digital payment infrastructure.

Position Overview:

Responsible for System implementation, solution consulting , tech integrations and successful enablement of participating banks on the DPIP platform and support to the Bank edge setup.

 The role will act as the primary technical interface between IDPIC, participating banks and the engineering teams, driving end-to-end implementation, solution consulting, integration support, testing, certification and production rollout while identifying implementation-driven enhancements required for the DPIP platform.

Qualification and Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Engineering, M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or a related discipline.

Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, APIs, or software technologies will be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

Freshers as well as candidates with experience in system implementation, solution consulting and tech integrations

Basic knowledge of software development and system architecture.

Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML and API testing.

Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.

Understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with Git/version control and development tools.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good documentation and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bank Onboarding & Enablement: Manage end-to-end onboarding of participating banks onto the DPIP platform, including understanding their fraud management, integration, and operational ecosystem.
2. Solution Consulting & Requirements Analysis: Analyse bank-specific business and technical requirements and map them to DPIP capabilities, identifying integration approaches and implementation requirements.
3. Product Enhancement & Gap Identification: Identify implementation gaps, enhancement requirements, and product improvements arising from bank onboarding and integration activities.
4. Testing, Certification & Production Readiness: Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, UAT, certification, deployment readiness, and production go-live activities for participating banks.
5. Implementation Tracking & Post-Go-Live Support: Track milestones, deliverables, and implementation progress, and provide post-go-live/hypercare support to ensure smooth adoption and resolution of issues.
