Product Solution Executive

• Perform pre-sales activities such as product demo of hardware Point of sales / Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC)
• Support the product solution manager in demos, technical proposals, and documentation
• Manage day-to-day demo hardware POS/AIDC equipment read lines
• Provide basic product presentation and assists customer consultation
• Manage technical support Issue Handling
• Develop into a future presales leadership role

Specific Skill/Knowledge Required

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT or business
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience in good computer knowledge
• 1-3 years pre-sales/product support experience in POS, AIDC, or IT hardware/ software
