Product Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Product Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between customer needs, service delivery, and product innovation. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to transform recurring client requirements, operational processes, and service delivery solutions into scalable, repeatable, and value-generating offerings.

The ideal candidate combines product thinking, solution design expertise, and a strong understanding of technology-enabled business processes. They will work cross-functionally with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Requirements Management

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, business needs, and operational requirements from ongoing engagements.
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for product and technical teams.
• Prioritize requirements based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.

Product Development & Solution Strategy

• Identify opportunities to create reusable solutions, templates, frameworks, or product enhancements.
• Drive the development of scalable offerings that improve delivery consistency and efficiency.
• Support the definition and execution of product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate opportunities to increase revenue, adoption, and customer value through new solutions and services.

Innovation & Automation

• Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Design, prototype, and validate new solution concepts and product capabilities.
• Continuously assess market trends and industry best practices to identify innovation opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a key liaison between customer-facing teams, product management, engineering, and leadership.
• Ensure customer and market insights are incorporated into strategic planning and product decisions.
• Support internal and external enablement efforts through documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Foster collaboration to ensure successful adoption and execution of new solutions.

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Management, Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience working within technology, SaaS, consulting, professional services, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, product, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, and technology-driven innovation.

Preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise software, digital products, or customer-facing technology solutions.
• Familiarity with process optimization, workflow automation, or solution design methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in product management, business analysis, project management, or related disciplines.
• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
