Product Solutions Manager – Power Electronics & Power Quality

Travel: Approximately 10–15%

Are you an experienced Product Manager or technical leader within Power Electronics, Power Quality or advanced electrical systems looking for an opportunity to shape the future direction of a specialist technology portfolio?

We are supporting an established US manufacturer of advanced power quality and power conversion technologies in the search for a Product Solutions Manager .

This is a highly visible role combining technical product management, market strategy and commercial leadership . You will take ownership of the long-term roadmap for advanced harmonic mitigation solutions while helping identify the next generation of opportunities across SiC technology, Active Harmonic Filters, UPS systems and advanced power conversion platforms .

The Opportunity

You will act as the bridge between engineering, customers, sales, marketing and innovation , transforming market requirements and emerging technologies into commercially successful products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and develop a 3–5 year product roadmap for advanced power quality solutions
• Lead product strategy, lifecycle management and new product development
• Identify emerging customer requirements and new market opportunities
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial solutions
• Monitor developments in harmonic mitigation, SiC technology and power conversion
• Explore applications across data centers, microgrids, UPS systems and other advanced electrical platforms
• Work closely with engineering to define product requirements and development priorities
• Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, market segmentation and go-to-market strategy
• Support new product launches and post-launch product development
• Evaluate regulatory, technology and market trends to keep the portfolio ahead of changing customer requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Strong experience within the electrical, power electronics or power quality industry
• Knowledge of harmonic mitigation, Active Harmonic Filters, power conversion, transformers or related technologies
• Understanding of emerging power technologies such as SiC
• Previous Product Management, Product Strategy or Systems Engineering experience
• Experience developing product roadmaps and bringing new technical products to market
• Ability to turn customer and market requirements into clear engineering and product strategies
• Strong commercial awareness and experience partnering with sales and marketing teams
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in technically complex B2B markets

Experience with data centers, microgrids, UPS systems, active front ends or advanced power conversion architectures would be particularly valuable.
