Product Sorting & Preparation Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Sorting & Preparation Associate to join our team. This position focuses on sorting, organizing, and preparing products so they are ready for the next day's sales operations.

Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome. Afternoon availability is preferred, as an important part of this role is making sure everything needed for the following morning is properly organized and ready.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize products based on size, shape, category, and other specifications
• Prepare and arrange products needed for the following morning
• Verify product information, labels, and identification numbers
• Keep products organized and in the correct sequence
• Assist with inventory counts and basic inventory tracking
• Identify and report missing, incorrect, or misplaced items
• Follow established sorting and preparation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Make sure assigned preparation work is completed accurately before the end of the shift
• Assist with other inventory and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Comfortable working with small items, labels, and identification numbers
• Able to perform repetitive sorting and organizational tasks accurately
• Able to work independently and stay focused
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
• Previous inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, quality control, or product-handling experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Afternoon availability preferred
• Schedule can be discussed based on availability
• Primary goal is to complete preparation for the following morning before leaving

We are looking for someone who is organized, careful, efficient, and dependable. Accuracy is very important in this position. You should be comfortable following a consistent process and making sure everything is properly sorted and prepared before completing your shift.

Training will be provided.
