Product Specialist (ประจำสาขาขอนแก่นและภูเก็ต ตำแหน่งละ 1 อัตรา)

• Study and gather scientific and technical information to support product sales (e.g., product principles, mechanisms, and research studies).
• Demonstrate products and explain usage principles accurately and professionally.
• Record and monitor the usage of consumables used during product demonstrations.
• Prepare and manage documentation such as Product Demo Lists and Training Requisition Forms.
• Research and evaluate products to identify effective usage methods and maximize performance results.
• Analyze competitors’ products and assess their relevance to the company’s business.
• Conduct comparative studies of products for internal development and improvement.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance the skills of internal staff and related departments.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain academic and technical information for internal application.
• Prepare products and assist with coordination for off-site events, exhibitions, and demonstrations.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare product manuals and related instructional materials.
• Collect and summarize product demonstration results to support sales activities.
• Test and verify product performance and consumables before delivery to customers.
• Monitor and summarize monthly and yearly consumable usage reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Nursing, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in medical device operations or the beauty/aesthetic industry
• Service-minded, with good personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
