We are looking for a Product Specialist to strengthen our Product Management Team for Construction Equipment.

What can you expect from this challenging job?

As a Product Specialist, you play a pivotal role in supporting our dealer network and internal teams in successfully positioning and selling Hyundai Construction Equipment products. Your mission is to elevate product knowledge, drive commercial performance, and contribute to the continuous development of our product portfolio.

• Product Roadmap & Launches

Support the development and rollout of the Hyundai CE product roadmap.

Lead and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including commercial analysis and product marketing initiatives.

• Sales & Product Expertise

Act as a trusted product expert for dealers and internal stakeholders.

Provide in-depth product guidance and help identify the best solutions for customer applications.

• Network Support Across Europe

Deliver product training and organize machine demonstrations.

Contribute to dealer development and performance improvement initiatives.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence

Gather insights from customers and dealers.

Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis.

Translate market feedback into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap.

• Marketing & Events

Support events, trade fairs, and promotional activities.

Coordinate product-related content creation (photo and video shoots).

• Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely within a matrix organization across engineering, sales, service, operations, marketing, and external partners.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for?

• Experience: A solid experience in product management. Experience in heavy equipment industry or a related sector is an asset.
• Mindset: Strong interest in product management with a commercial focus. Goal-oriented and driven by results.
• Comfortable navigating complex business structures and working with autonomy. Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Behavioral Traits: Proactive, hands-on, confident in public speaking. Entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude.
• Languages: Fluent in English (must). Any other European language is an asset.
• Mobility: Willing to travel across Europe to support dealers and regional activities (25%).
