PRODUCT SPECIALIST

PT. Medica Sukses Abadi is seeking a dynamic and highly knowledgeable Medical Device Product Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving market penetration, conducting high-impact clinical demonstrations, and educating healthcare professionals—including hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities—on our portfolio of advanced medical technology.

Responsibilities & Key Duties

• Product Expertise & Clinical Guidance:

  Educate healthcare professionals, clinical staff, and institutional clients on the core functionality, medical advantages, and technical specifications of our healthcare product lines.

• Market Intelligence & Client Insights:

  Collect direct user feedback, monitor emerging industry trends, and synthesize market demands into actionable summary reports for management evaluation.

• High-Impact Product Demonstrations:

  Lead persuasive technical showcases and live product walkthroughs for prospective clients to streamline their evaluation and purchasing decisions.

• Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with sales teams to identify user requirements, analyze competitor positioning, and contribute clinical insights to refine commercial strategies.

• Clinical Education & Engagement:

  Deliver tailored educational sessions and technical demonstrations to medical practitioners to highlight the clinical value of our medical technologies.

• Operational & Product Documentation:

  Prepare, maintain, and coordinate all product-related administrative requirements and documentation necessary for client procurement and compliance.

• Business Development & Market Expansion:

  Actively explore and uncover new commercial opportunities to broaden the reach and adoption of our product portfolio across healthcare facilities.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electromedical Engineering, or a closely related technical/healthcare discipline.

  • Industry & Regulatory Knowledge:

    Solid grasp of medical equipment technologies, clinical applications, and domestic regulatory standards governing medical devices in Indonesia.

  • Bilingual Communication Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Presentation & Influence:

    Strong capability to deliver compelling, articulate technical presentations to diverse audiences, from clinical specialists to administrative buyers.

  • Mobility & Flexibility:

    Possess personal transportation and full willingness to travel for client visits and field operations as needed.

  • Professional Integrity:

    High ethical standards, professional conduct, and a proven track record of establishing trust-based relationships with healthcare partners.

  • Industry Experience (Preferred):

    Prior background working directly within hospital environments, clinical settings, or the medical equipment sector is highly advantageous.
