Opening with a leading HealthTech/Digital Health company for their office in Faridabad

Role: Product Specialist

Experience: 0 -1 years

Roles & Responsibility:

• Engage with and onboard interventional cardiologists in the assigned territory.
• Present and explain the healthcare program, benefits, fees and process to doctors.
• Build relationships with doctors and hospital stakeholders.
• Drive doctor conversions and patient lead generation.
• Coordinate and monitor the patient counselling process at partner hospitals and clinics.
• Support patient lead conversion and subscription growth.
• Manage relationships with key doctors and hospitals and resolve operational issues.
• Take ownership of business outcomes for the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Management.
• Graduation in Life Sciences / B.Pharm / relevant healthcare discipline.
• Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and presentation skills can apply.
• Candidates with internship/project exposure in Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Hospital Management, Sales or Business Development will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role covering Faridabad.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills
