Product Specialist/ Engineer

About the role

Le Price International Corporation is looking for a technically inclined and customer-focused Product Specialist – Lubrication & Reliability Solutions (LubSol) and Mobile Solutions (MobSol) to support our lubrication and reliability solutions business. The successful candidate will help communicate product value, provide technical product support, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's lubrication and reliability solutions, including product features, applications, and benefits.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical information to customers and prospective clients.
• Assist the sales team in identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate product solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate technical concerns with the relevant internal teams.
• Support product marketing initiatives, sales presentations, proposals, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure effective product and customer support.
• Monitor industry developments, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare product-related reports, documentation, and other administrative requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn technical products and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in technical sales, product management, industrial products, lubrication, or reliability solutions is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
