Product Specialist (Organic / Materials Science)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the responsible product lines, develop strategic plan and implement the on-line and off-line marketing campaigns, working closely with sales and marketing departments to achieve the sales target.
• Identify the business growth opportunities, products potential and segment potential within portfolio as well as conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Be able to lead initiative project to drive sales.
• Create effective sales tools such as application guide, product brochure, technical content etc.
• Prepare suitable technical articles for different target markets for publishing on both online and offline media
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to promote penetration, retention and loyalty.
• Plan and conduct product training to both internal and external customers with the End in Mind of developing front-line staffs becoming Solution Adviser.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting optimal inventory levels and ordering schedules.
• Visit customers with Sales team to evaluate market trends, competitive movement and develop effective product strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pure Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory analytical work (QC or R&D). Experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical and chemical standards, analytical methods, and organic chemicals.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, GC, and ICP.
• Good command of English.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a growth mindset and a passion for achieving results.
• Able to travel to visit customers as required.
• Able to travel occasionally to our warehouse located in Kingkaew Soi 3/1, Samut Prakan, to provide training and inspect incoming products.
