Product Support Associate

• Handle and monitor product-related issues reported by clients and internal teams.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product or system issues.
• Support priority client reviews and ensure issues are followed up and resolved within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain issue documentation, user guides, and product-related documentation.
• Support product governance, including PRD, TRD, API documentation, and system access management.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and other relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring issues and support improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with systems, product documentation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
