THE JOB

• Provide technical support to Product Managers/Supervisor in the installation, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting and repair of equipment as needed
• Support Sales Personnel in product presentations, product demo, and product training
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of tools, equipment, instruments, and software utilized for optimal performance and functionality
• Determine and evaluate technical difficulties, recommend possible solutions and troubleshoot to promptly address issues
• Oversee site operations and provide necessary support during project implementation such as manpower and resource allocation, provision of materials, adherence to safety standards, proper use of machinery and equipment
• Coordinate and regularly report progress to the manager/s involved in the project
• Maintain accurate digital records in the form of databases, spreadsheets or key technical files
• Present weekly accomplishment reports
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Responsible for developing Preventive Maintenance Program for assigned items and ensuring its consistent implementation and monitoring
• Responsible for processing all requests related to the maintenance of all critical equipment and infrastructure relevant to the operations of EastAsia
• Ensure that all needed repairs and enhancements of assigned critical equipment and infrastructure are provided for

THE REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering professional license preferred
• With 2 years of related work experience an advantage
• Preferably with experience in installation, service and maintenance of equipment, programming, troubleshooting of industrial instruments
• Must be willing to travel out-of-town
• Decisive, with excellent aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality standards, results driven
• Pref. with good driving skills and updated driver’s license; can drive utility vehicles; with no serious driving violations, major accidents nor history of traffic citations
