Product Support Engineer

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their operational needs and provide product consultation.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and applications.
• Provide product guidance, usage support, and basic troubleshooting to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs, technical issues, service schedules, and after-sales support.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience and product satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports, customer visit records, and other necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Sales Support, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Understanding of electrical products, PLC, inverter/VFD, or industrial automation is preferred.
• Strong interest in customer-facing roles, product consultation, and solution-based support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct regular customer visits and work in a mobile role.
• Own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C.
• Responsible, disciplined, collaborative, and professional.
