Product Support Engineer(MTD,Shanghai)

Opportunity Overview

• Manages customer requests, product escalations, and service emergencies
• Coordinate product upgrade strategy and spare level planning activities
• Provide product support to all active installed base
• Support of new and existing mechanical interface products
• Support Engineering with customer floor planning
• Leading the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data in alignment with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
• Coordination with Test Cell Partners (Probers / Handlers / Manipulators / etc.)
• Create and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to field team
• Coordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites as needed
• Travel for Training, Support, and Installation Activities Worldwide
• Participate in new product definition and coordinate EHS requirements between Engineering and Customers
• Other product support and customer support assignments as required

All About You

• Minimum 5 years of technical support/product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industry
• Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking ability , oral English communication skills is required.
• Ability and track record to clearly commit and meet schedules.
• Worldwide travel (0%-20%), meeting customers, and doing business with international partners.
