Job Description

We are looking for a Product Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of product and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to products and services.
• Understand and troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers.
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Track and follow up on open customer issues until closure.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and reported issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective support.
• Follow defined support processes, quality standards, and SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, Customer Support, or a related role.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of software/products and support tools.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
