What they need
- To deliver machine to customer's site, handling delivery processes, documentations and provide training(s).
- To handle after sales customer support-including complaint and/or fault report (preliminary investigation, rectification if possible, reporting).
- To provide customer cares-including courtesy follow up and visit to customers.
- To gather market and competitors' information (photo, videos and report) during customer / site visit.
- Willing to travel.
