Product Support - Retail Tech

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability and efficient operation of POS (Point of Sale) and AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) hardware and Retail Tech solutions. You will act as a technical bridge, providing support and guidance to internal staff and external customers to maximize the benefit of their IT investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide timely technical support and solutions specifically forhardware or retail tech solutions after they have been deployed.
• Deployment & Testing: Assist customers in testing hardware and solutions during Proof of Concept , implementation, or deployment stages.
• Product Education: Explain product features, functions, and usage clearly to customers both remotely and on-site as required.
• Training & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and user training to ensure customers can operate their systems confidently.
• Internal Evaluation: Perform internal testing and evaluation for new solution before official launch or inclusion in the company’s product lineup.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Willing to travel.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve system issues.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, IT components, and printers.
