What You’ll Work On

• Assist users with issues related to the archintX platform and AI-powered features.
• Understand user problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions.
• Test platform features and identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to resolve reported issues.
• Monitor user feedback and identify common problems or improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Use AI tools to improve support workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Track and communicate recurring issues to the product team.

Your mission: Help users have a smooth experience with archintX while turning their feedback into meaningful product improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
