Product Support Technician

Duties

• Complete sales support requests and assist in engineering-related tasks.
• Work with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to address technical queries from customers while ensuring highest product support and customer satisfaction.
• Perform control valve sizing and flow calculations using the application data from the customer.
• Create and/or modify 2D and 3D drawings of various products.
• Determine mounting hardware and modifications needed for complete valve assemblies.
• Maintain an achiever of technical data for all products including 2D drawings and 3D CAD models as received from suppliers.
• Assist in some application engineering projects when needed.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level role, some engineering background is preferred.
• Knowledge of machining or other manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Experience with AutoDesk, SolidWorks, or other related CAD software systems is preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
