Product Technical Executive

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi, one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding, was established in 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today has become a global power, ranking 1st in Türkiye, 3rd in Europe, and 4th worldwide in its field.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Product Technical Executive” to join its Global Product Management Group Management team.

Job Roles Details:

• Lead the development and improvement of product management processes across global markets
• Develop and maintain product training materials, presentations, FAQs, knowledge bases, and digital content
• Establish standardized product information and training packages for new products and product updates
• Improve product knowledge sharing through digital tools, video, interactive content, and AI-powered solutions
• Coordinate product management communication and collaboration with overseas offices and subsidiaries
• Coordinate global product development and portfolio projects
• Support the implementation of global product management processes across international offices
• Contribute to global product roadmaps based on market needs and business opportunities
• Support the development of the global Product Management operating model and ways of working
• Lead initiatives to strengthen product knowledge management and cross-functional collaboration

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in wood-based panels, furniture, building materials, decorative surfaces, or similar industries is preferred
• Strong knowledge of product management and product development
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate product information effectively to different audiences
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and drive collaboration
• Interest in AI, digital tools, and new approaches to product knowledge management
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Experience in product management, product development, category management, marketing, or related functions is preferred
