Product Technical Specialist

We are looking for someone with good technical skills to support our home appliance products.

What you will do

• Test and troubleshoot product issues.
• Review service cases and technician reports.
• Find the cause of product problems.
• Support service partners with technical issues.
• Recommend repair, replacement or other solutions.
• Work with the factory to resolve product issues.
• Help customer service with technical cases.
• Track open cases until they are closed.
• Keep test reports and product records updated.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or similar technical qualification.
• 2–5 years of relevant technical or service experience.
• Appliance or consumer electronics experience is a plus.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
