- Knowledge on soldering process wire stripping process.
- Basic knowledge on layout routing process.
- Should be aware of IPC-WHMA-620 Requirements.
- Basic knowledge on identification of wires connectors.
- Maintain follow 5s in production line.
- Self-inspection of finished assembly.
- Understand and improve process effectively.
