Product Trainer

Position Title: Product Trainer
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–3 years

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Trainer to deliver clear, engaging demonstrations and training sessions for our Insurance Management System (IMS). This role involves learning the product in depth, presenting its features and workflows to different audiences, and helping participants understand how to use it in practical situations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced presenter who communicates confidently in English, creates professional PowerPoint presentations, and can make complex product workflows easy to follow. They should be comfortable leading live sessions, responding to questions, and adapting their delivery to the needs of internal teams, prospective customers, and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product demonstrations and training delivery

• Plan and deliver live product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Present IMS features and workflows through relevant, practical use cases.
• Tailor the content, pace, and level of detail to the audience’s role and familiarity with the product.
• Lead interactive sessions, explain concepts clearly, and check participants’ understanding.
• Respond to questions confidently and follow up with the relevant team when an answer needs to be confirmed.
• Support customer onboarding, refresher training, and demonstrations of new features.

2. Training preparation and content

• Create polished PowerPoint presentations, demo scripts, session agendas, user guides, and quick reference materials.
• Structure presentations so that the audience can follow the purpose, steps, and outcome of each workflow.
• Prepare the demo environment, sample data, and materials before each session, and check that they are working as expected.
• Review and update presentations and training materials as the product changes.
• Maintain consistent structure and terminology across demonstrations and training materials.

3. Product knowledge and collaboration

• Develop a thorough understanding of IMS features, user roles, workflows, and common use cases.
• Work closely with product, QA, project, and Learning IMS teams to understand new features, releases, and process changes.
• Attend product walkthroughs and relevant testing sessions to prepare accurate demonstrations.
• Share recurring questions, points of confusion, and feedback from sessions with the appropriate teams.

4. Training effectiveness

• Collect feedback after demonstrations and training sessions and use it to improve future delivery.
• Maintain records of sessions, attendance, questions, and follow-up actions.
• Identify where users need further explanation or supporting materials.
• Ensure agreed follow-up questions are addressed promptly and accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English, communication, and presentation skills, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. The candidate must be able to deliver clear, engaging product demonstrations and explain complex workflows in simple, practical language.
• 2–3 years of experience delivering software product training, product demonstrations, customer training, or similar instructor-led sessions.
• Confidence presenting to groups, facilitating discussion, and handling questions during live sessions.
• Ability to tailor explanations to audiences with different levels of technical and product knowledge.
• Experience developing well-structured presentations and supporting training materials.
• Ability to learn software products thoroughly and demonstrate workflows accurately.
• Strong preparation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Experience delivering customer-facing product demos or onboarding sessions.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, screen recording tools, or learning platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance, finance, or related business processes.

• Demonstrations are accurate, well prepared, and relevant to the audience.
• Participants can follow the workflows demonstrated and understand how to apply them.
• Questions and follow-up items are documented and resolved promptly.
• Presentations and training materials remain current as IMS evolves.
• Feedback from sessions leads to ongoing improvements in training content and delivery.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
