Product Training Manager (TCM Based)

About the role

As Product Trainer (TCM Specialist), you will be the voice of authority on our cutting-edge health and wellness product lines. You will bridge the gap between our science-backed products and TCM philosophies, delivering high-impact training sessions that empower our distributors to understand, share, and advocate for our products effectively. This role requires a road warrior who loves engaging with diverse crowds and traveling to different regions to spread knowledge and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Dynamic Training: Deliver engaging product training sessions, workshops, and large-scale seminars to distributors and members across various regions.
• Integrate TCM Knowledge: Develop and update training materials that perfectly align our product benefits with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, ensuring accurate and compliant messaging.
• Empower Distributors: Equip the sales network with the knowledge and confidence needed to recommend products based on TCM concepts.
• Frequent Travel: Travel extensively (domestic and international) to support regional branches, roadshows, and corporate events.
• Expert Consultation: Act as the in-house product and TCM expert, addressing complex queries from members and providing professional insights during health talks.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Marketing and R&D teams to launch new products and ensure all educational materials meet regulatory standards.

About you

• Must be a registered practitioner with the Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) Council under the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia, holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine or a related field.
• Prior experience in product training, public speaking, or education. Experience within the Direct Selling / MLM industry is highly preferred.
• High willingness to travel frequently on weekends and public holidays as required by the events schedule.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex TCM and medical jargon into easy-to-understand concepts for the general public.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse network.
