Product Tutor (Languages, Math & EdTech)

About the role

LingoTask is an AI-powered platform co-developed by SpeechX Limited and CUHK, designed for Language and K12-subject learning and teaching with AI. We are looking for a Product Tutor (Languages, Math & EdTech) to train and support our partner schools.
We welcome candidateswithstrong subject knowledge in any one of the following: Chinese, English, or Mathematics – no need to be an expert in all three.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lively, on-site demos at schools, clearly presenting the value, features, and benefits of the LingoTask platform to teachers and school leaders
• Lead hands-on training sessions for educators, covering both basic and advanced platform functions
• Provide prompt, expert technical support to ensure a seamless user experience
• Prepare and update clear training materials (manuals, guides, PPTs)
• Proactively liaise with schools to schedule and confirm all demo and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Language, Education, STEM, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills – fluent spoken Cantonese and English.
• Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or training (especially in language or STEM subjects) is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications (Strongly Preferred – Higher Salary Offered)

• Academic Strength – DSE Level 5 or above in Chinese, English, or Mathematics, or an IELTS score of 7.0 or above.
• Tech Savviness – Proficient in using AI or agent tools to streamline work.
• Product Co‑creation Mindset – A genuine ability and willingness to translate client feedback into product enhancements via AI agents. Candidates with this skill will be offered a significantly higher salary and a seat at the product strategy table.
