A typical day

- Strategic planning: Developing integrated marketing plans spanning traditional, digital and inbound channels, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Execution: Bringing plans to life through the development of promotional materials, campaigns, presentations and digital content, in collaboration with our graphic designer and agency partners.
- Performance reporting: Analysing and reporting on sales performance, campaign effectiveness and marketing investment.
- Forecasting & demand planning: Partnering with Finance and Supply Chain to drive accurate monthly and annual forecasts, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and inventory planning.
- New product & market development: Conducting market analysis, gathering competitive intelligence and identifying opportunities to grow market share.
About you
- You bring proven experience in product or brand management, along with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
- You are confident presenting to both internal and external audiences and can translate strategy into clear, compelling messaging. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- You understand that successful product management requires both strategic thinking and operational discipline - and you are comfortable working across both.
- A willingness and ability to undertake regular domestic travel and occasional international travel is required.
- Experience in agriculture or animal health is advantageous but not essential.
