We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Production Operators to join a growing team on a 12-hour rosters offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.
 
About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Conducting hourly quality checks and accurately recording results.
• Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or production issues.
• Basic fabrication and crate assembly.
• Packaging finished products securely for transport.
• Routine cleaning and housekeeping, including swarf bag maintenance.
• Strictly adhering to WHS, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
