Production Admin Assistant [ Entry-level / Junior ]

Production Admin Assistant
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Joo Koon
Basic Salary: $2400 - $2700

Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating daily production plans, schedules and work orders.
• Monitor and update production progress, output records and related reports.
• Coordinate production requirements with the Production, Warehouse and other departments.
• Prepare, update and maintain production documents, forms and records accurately.
• Assist with checking and following up on purchase orders, delivery orders and supporting documents.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Production Department.
• Maintain office supplies, uniforms, PPE and other workplace items, arranging replenishment when required.
• Perform other administrative and production support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in production administration, production support or a similar support role.

• Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook).

• Comfortable working in a production environment
