Production Admin Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a responsible Production Admin Clerk to support daily production administration, data entry and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate production records
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly production reports
• Compile and consolidate production data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain production records, documents and filing systems
• Assist with data checking, documentation and other administrative tasks
• Ensure all records and reports are accurate and properly maintained

About you

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with Excel functions, data entry and basic data analysis
• Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently
• Good attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling data
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Candidates with relevant experience in production administration, data entry or clerical work will have an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with good Excel skills are encouraged to apply
