What they need
- Received trigger from customer / Customer Service email and update delivery schedule
(date and quantity to deliver) in MPS.
- To inform Production regarding latest MPS plan, distributes production schedules to
respective Leaders.
- To follow up and monitor the production progress, in order to assess completeness, accuracy before
delivery date.
To reviews from time to time MPS movement to avoid delay in delivery to customer.
To communicate / confers with department supervisor / respective Leaders and other personnel to
update and discuss any changes.
To liaise with Logistic on transport (Lorry) arrangement.
Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
To involve in month end inventory count.
Back up other Production Admin task when needed.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Understand on the requirements for a QMS, Including documented informations, planning and determining process interactions.
