Production Admin

1. Receive, send, and archive relevant materials and documents.

2. Record and organize production meeting minutes.

3. Assist the HR department in handling attendance management and other affairs.

4. Apply for and control office supplies.

5. Assist the department manager in following up on daily affairs.

6. Responsible for the statistics, organization, and reasonable archiving of relevant data and reports for the production department.

7. Responsible for organizing the .

8. Follow up on production work orders and calculate the costs of production work orders in this department.

9. Assist the production manager in completing other temporary tasks.

10. Provide and safeguard relevant materials during the production process.

任职要求：

1. Female, with at least a high school education.

2. Work experience preferred, must be proficient in Excel/Word/MES system/Kingdee and other system applications.

3. Possess good execution ability, excellent communication and expression skills.

4. Fluent in both Chinese and English communication, strong sense of responsibility, and good execution and stress resistance.
