What they need
About the role
Our company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator who can help coordinate custom furniture and solid-wood production operations. This is a combined office and production-floor role. You will help convert confirmed client orders into properly documented, scheduled, monitored, quality-checked, and completed projects—from work-order preparation to final project closure.
Key responsibilities
- Review project endorsements, approved quotations, specifications, measurements, and shop drawings before production begins.
- Prepare and maintain accurate work orders, cutlists, materials requirements, project folders, and supporting documents.
- Ensure that all work orders are complete, checked, and approved before they are assigned to production workers.
- Maintain the production line-up, worker assignments, deadlines, and project priorities based on manpower availability and operational requirements.
- Follow up with carpenters, finishers, helpers, and other assigned workers regarding daily progress and estimated completion dates.
- Update production trackers, reports, calendars, shared-drive files, official group chats, and company systems within the required cut-offs.
- Coordinate the required quality-control stages and document failed QC, corrective work, backjobs, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure that no item is released for payroll, storage, delivery, or installation without the required QC and clearance.
- Coordinate ocular visits, installations, finishing works, repairs, and other site activities, including the preparation of tools, materials, manpower, documents, and schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including project backlogs, completed work orders, quantity produced, closed projects, replacements, and pending works.
About you
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related course is preferred.
- Experience in production administration, manufacturing, project coordination, construction, furniture, or a similar operational environment is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, digital trackers, calendars, and online communication tools.
- Able to understand measurements, specifications, work orders, and basic technical or shop drawings.
- Highly organized and capable of monitoring several custom projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling names, measurements, dates, work-order codes, revisions, and project records.
- Proactive in following up and does not wait to be repeatedly reminded before completing responsibilities.
- Communicates clearly, escalates concerns early, and reports project status honestly and accurately.
- Willing to work inside the production facility, wear the required PPE, and attend occasional oculars, installations, deliveries, or other client-site activities.
Company Culture
We value continuous improvement, professional development, teamwork, and high standards.
Our systems and processes continue to evolve, and we encourage employees to keep learning, share ideas, accept feedback, and gradually take on greater responsibilities as they develop.
Because our departments work closely together, we place a strong emphasis on communication, cooperation, and supporting one another.
We also maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, professionalism, and work performance, while giving employees opportunities to grow as their skills and capabilities improve.
Compensation
- Starting salary during the trainee period: ₱16,000 per month
- Upon successful regularization: ₱20,000 per month or higher, depending on performance, capability, responsibilities, and overall evaluation.
- Further salary growth may be available as the employee gains experience, develops stronger technical and operational knowledge, and takes on greater responsibilities.
Benefits & Development
- Structured onboarding through established SOPs, training materials, templates, trackers, and actual production-system exposure.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, quality control, project coordination, documentation systems, and custom furniture manufacturing.
- Opportunity to learn about solid wood, furniture production, finishing, hardware, measurements, shop drawings, installations, and project execution.
- Exposure to cross-department coordination and actual manufacturing operations.
- Opportunities to develop stronger skills in operations management, problem-solving, organization, and project coordination.
- Clear career growth opportunities within Production Administration, including possible progression into Senior, Lead, supervisory, and Key Personnel roles depending on performance and company requirements.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses for qualified employees.
- Work-schedule and other company privileges may be available subject to company policies and eligibility requirements.
- Opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements to company systems and operations.
