Production Admin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• With at least 2-3 years of work experience as Production Admin.
• Preferably with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to production and manufacturing teams, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Prepare, update, and maintain production schedules, reports, and operational records.
• Accurately enter and manage production, inventory, and work order data in ERP/manufacturing systems.
• Monitor production orders, track KPIs, and follow up on discrepancies, delays, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and procurement teams, supporting compliance, audits, and safety documentation.
