Production Admin

Responsibilities:

 Provide administrative and clerical support to the Production Department.

 Prepare, update, and maintain daily production records, reports, and documentation.

 Assist in recording daily production output, manpower attendance, overtime, and production

performance.

 Prepare production-related documents, forms, checklists, and reports as required.

 Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Operators on daily production activities and

manpower requirements.

 Assist in monitoring production schedules and ensuring production information is updated

accurately.

 Input and maintain production data in Excel or the company's system.

 Assist in tracking production materials, work orders, and job status.

 Follow up with relevant departments regarding production issues, shortages, or delays.

 Maintain proper filing and documentation of production records.

 Assist with preparation of reports for meetings and management review.

 Ensure all production records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

 Support general administrative activities within the Production Department.

 Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
