Production Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Create production job orders from sales orders.
• Ensure adequate inventories / raw materials are available for production orders
• Reconcile inventory quantities from completed production orders to the accounting system
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Liase with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Assist in good return GRN promptly
• Others job direct or indirectly related to the position

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in production / admin field
• Preferable with knowledge of Q&E accounting software & Microsoft office
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work, follow through skill.
• Willing to learn and can work independently and also work as team
• Able to start work immediately or within short period
