Production Admin

• Salary Range: $2800 + AWS + VB + Quarterly incentive

• Working Location: West

• Working Days: 5D work week (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Production Planner and Production team.
• Prepare, maintain, and update production reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor and update production data to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate production-related administrative matters with internal departments.
• Handle filing, document control, and general administrative duties for the Production department.
• Support worker-related HR administration, including timesheet processing, attendance tracking, work permit administration, training coordination, medical appointments, dormitory arrangements, and leave administration.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Experience supporting production or operations teams is an advantage.
• Exposure to worker-related HR administration (e.g. attendance, work permits, leave, training, dormitory arrangements) will be an added advantage.
