Production Admin Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organised Production Admin Coordinator to support our daily factory production operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules and job orders
• Prepare and update production documents, job sheets and work orders
• Liaise with sales, production, supplier and installation teams
• Monitor order status and follow up on production progress
• Ensure materials and required items are ready for production
• Check and update order details such as measurements, colours, specifications and special requirements
• Maintain proper records of completed and outstanding jobs
• Assist with stock/material records and general factory administration
• Coordinate installation schedules
• Handle other administrative and operational duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Able to speak and understand both English and Chinese
• Able to use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and follow up on multiple jobs
• Comfortable working in a factory/production environment
• No experience is welcome — training will be provided as long as you are willing to learn
• Experience in doors, windows, aluminium, renovation, construction or manufacturing is an advantage

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Salary: $1,600 – $1,800 per month, depending on experience
Position: Full-Time
Location: Singapore

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month
