What they need
Manage daily attendance, OT records, and production administrative tasks.
Update production data, reports, and documentation.
Assist with purchase requests, inventory tracking, and production supplies (chemicals, consumables & PPE).
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Support production supervisors with daily shop floor activities and ad-hoc tasks.
Ensure workplace cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
Job Requirements
SPM / Certificate / Diploma holders are welcome.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
Willing to work in Senai and commit to a 5.5-day work schedule.
