Production Admin/Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION (S)

• Assist in managing manufacturing process by performing administrative tasks; including maintaining records, tracking inventory and coordinating schedules.
• Data management – Record and maintain accurate production data.
• Inventory management – Track stock movement and manage materials.
• Scheduling & coordination – Assist with production schedules, workflows, and coordination with other departments.
• Reporting – Prepare and submit production reports in a timely manner.
• Communication – Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
• Administrative support – processing paperwork, updating database, managing email, whatsapp related to production activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a SPM OR Diploma in Business, or any related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Company location: Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, Port Klang

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
