Production Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports for production employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, overtime and absenteeism records.
• Update and maintain employee attendance data accurately in the system.
• Process and track employee leave applications, including annual leave, medical leave, emergency leave and unpaid leave.
• Ensure leave records are updated and maintained accurately.
• Support supervisors and management in disciplinary investigations and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate the issuance and replacement of lockers, jumpsuits and other required PPE for production staffs.
• Maintain inventory records of uniforms and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and documentation as required by management.
• Assist in organizing departmental meetings, training sessions and employee activities.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, reporting, formulas and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin  (written and spoken) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
