Position Summary
The Production Analyst supports commercial growth and technical execution by analyzing oil and gas production data to quantify the operational and economic value of chemical treatment programs. This role works at the intersection of production engineering, chemistry, field operations, and technical sales, translating well performance data into actionable insights that demonstrate customer value, improve production outcomes, and support revenue growth.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze production, treatment, and operational data from internal systems and customer-provided sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and automated reporting tools to track production performance and treatment outcomes.
- Identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for improvement through detailed data analysis.
- Establish consistent reporting standards and performance metrics across wells, customers, and operating areas.
- Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical workflows as the business grows.
Economic Analysis & Commercial Support
- Calculate incremental production value, return on investment (ROI), payout periods, and other financial performance metrics associated with chemical treatment programs.
- Translate production improvements into measurable economic benefits for customers.
- Support technical sales and account management teams with customer presentations, proposals, program justifications, and contract renewals.
- Assist with pricing analysis, profitability assessments, forecasting, and evaluation of program expansion opportunities.
- Prepare data-driven reports that demonstrate the financial impact and value of treatment programs.
